Anybody else have a problem blowing their front stock shocks out? Happened to me twice now! First time I bent the actual shaft on the shock and it was leaking the fluid out, replaced it now I blew the seal out of this one! Am I just too fast for the stockers or??

Are you jumping large jumps with it? Stockers wont handle it.

Also if they are old they are worn out, generally every year you need to refresh them. Most dont bother doing anything for the life of the quad.

Not huge jumps 15 foot jumps at best. Yaa pretty sure the shocks aren't the newest around haha. Guess I'll need in invest in some 450r fronts.

Id say so if they are that worn.

450 fronts are quite stiff even for me at 200lbs. Hopping on my R vs my 400 is like night and day.

Ive blown several sets of stock shocks at the MX track.

When you run em hard like we EX riders do the shocks tend to heat up then we hit a big table top or triple and they just give out.

I was a stock shock fan, the other pro riders would always laugh and say ok you can ride with us if you can keep up.

They werent laughing long thats for sure...lol.
