So whats everyone doing to miss the pipe with coolant line?

If I were you I would cut that spout on the motor a lil bit shorter and use a 45 degree copper fitting to clear the pipe safely.

I would but both the motor and the rad. would need them. To the best of my knowledge this is a trx pipe, would a CRF pipe fit better? Or should I have the pipe cut and moved up some?

Yeah...that's tight....Maybe cut a notch at the start and end of the exhaust header loop and bring it up and weld it....just to give you better clearance.

What brand of exhaust pipe is that? I would check into different styles that will clear it.

its a curtis sparks, no idea what bike its off of though. guessing trx450. I guess thats what ill have to do is cut and have it tigged back togetther

It just doesnt look right. I have a curtis sparks and its nowhere near the waterpump. Do you have the pipe swung way down??

I think so, if I move it any farther it goes into a major bind.
