09 450r stock shocks

Is it worth while to respring and valve the stock shocks or replace. Just screwing around on the track on the weekends with the occasional race. Will be running the stock arms for now.

More than worth while! As long as you send them to a quality company and not scrub that really doesn't know what they are doing.

GT Thunder are Yamaha guru's. Jet Suspension is also always a good choice.

I usually use stadium suspension up here. Not very impressed with Elka each time I have used their product and with stadium we have great customer service. Guess I will be sending them out shortly. Thanks
