fox float set up help

Hey guys I just got an ltr with floats on it that are set up for I believe a 180-185lb rider mx.Im about 150lb. Just wondering what would be a good starting point to make it not so stiff. If I can do that with out having to revalve them. Thanks.

Remove air pressure until comfortable
