Works Shock parts?

I have a pair of Works AT Steelers that i'm cleaning up and need the upper and lower plastic bushings. I called Works directly and talked to a very rude Tim (long story)... Where else can I get these?

You can make your own, just check out some of the clear tubing at hardware stores.
Find the right size tubing the steel bushing will fit into & press it all together into the shock eye.
If you cut the tubing just a bit longer than the bushing, once you have washers on each side they will compress the tubing & make it stiffer & hold up longer.
May can even find some tubing with the fibers inside like the spray nozzle hose in the kitchen sink.
