Foam Filter for ESR?

Hey guys i have an esr intake ran into an air box on my hybrid. I run the normal KN wannabe most the time which is fine but we have a trip to hatfield coming up and i want to run a foam filter down there. Has anyone found a foam filter that will work on the ESR intake??

hey bill measure the the end where the filter goes and let me know the only one that will work on my dasa is a uni and i belive its 4.5in
