get yourself one off ebay for real cheap ($8.00 with shipping)...thats what I did. It works great!

Where did you find it for $8 on ebay? The ones I came up with were closer to $20 before shipping. Somebody buy one and burn me a copy. lol

i got mine for about $8.00. type in 400ex on ebay & go to cheapest items & yo'll see them all there.GErt one they are alot better than the book. You dont have to slip pages or anything
