what are you you guys finding is the best oil for the lower end of shifter motors? i have a cobra 70 and a cr85. was going to use gear oil but i've used auto tranny fluid and 2050w oil in the past.

This will sure get many different answers..
You can run ATF, but dont run hypoid gear oil. Make sure its specific for wet clutch use. There are many out there. I personally prefer the honda 80w in the red bottle. Good quality and Relatively cheap. Just change it often, these quads are hard on clutch fibers.

I use Klotz Flex Drive 30 in my CR85. I also use a drain plug with a magnet to collect any metal particles.
