Kick start *** issue.

Hey guys, I was putting my cases back on from the rebuild and i noticed when i put the lever on it wont move at all or kick. It has slight play back and forth.

I took case off made sure gear marks were lined up, looks the same as in the manual.. anyone have a clue?

did you wrap the main spring or did you just put the main spring in like it belongs? If you wrapped the main spring one time it can cause this issue. if its good tear it back apart and double check the kicker marks, and also your thrust washers are in the right places.

No i didnt try wrapping it i just placed ut in like the pic. Thrust washers are in correct locations, the grooves are lined up as well as the gear marks. I dunno i guess ill be taking the cover off for the third time tomorrow.
