Oil leaking from head

I put too much oil in my 450r and noticed it was leaking a little by the head gasket. Is my head gasket blown or will it stop once the oil level goes back down?

it shouldnt leak just b/c of to much oil. are you sure its coming from there? If it is then i would be safe to say it wont seal itself back, those gaskets dont do that.

it will come out the airbox usually, not the head gasket.

Otherwise if the oil seal is bad on the sprakplug tube it will come out the weep hole.

Yea it is coming by the head gasket it wasnt doing that before I put too much oil I was running it hard that day also I try to take a pic

If the rubber seals underneath the head cover bolts are upside down, they will leak. Could possibly be where it's coming from.

Yea I just noticed it is the gasket underneath the head not the top head gasket
