Sparks advanced timing key with stage 2 hotcam

Guys, for any of you that are familiar with these mods, what is the correct order to do these? Install the cam, get every thing adjusted right, and then install the timing key?

I don't think it really matters.....you could install the cam and ride it....then do the key and see if you can see any differance.....I like the key in the stock motor, seems it had alot better throttle response.
