What are the best engine mods I can make for the money? I also want It to stay reliable and last. I have a k&N filter w/ jet kit. Im wanting to get an FMF powercore pipe. After the pipe should I get a cam? and if i bore it what compression should I stay under to run 91 oct. gas (I cant get any higher pump gas where I live)
Please steer me in the right direction.

A free flowing engine is always a good start. A K&N filter, don't forget the outerwares skin, pipe and jetted will make a real differnece. There are so many pipes to choose from it is hard to make a choice. I have a FMF and like it, they have excellent customer service too. As far the cam it helps but you get the full effect with a larger displacement piston. You want to stay under 11:1 compression to run pump gas.
Hope this helps...:)

A bigger piston with higher compression and a cam upgrade are your best engine mods for the money. big difference in power and in throttle responce. Of course you have to let it breathe a little better with air box mods. A pipe would be next.
