400ex 88mm JE piston

I have a brand new piston, it includes rings, wrist pin and clips, this its an 11.5:1 JE piston, it has a few very light scratches from being installed and then removed. I looked on the JE website and don't see that they offer an 11.5:1 compression for the 400EX. I am interested but is there a way to verify exactly what compression this is? Is there a part number stamped on it? Why was it installed and then removed?

My bad, I went back and looked and it is 11.0:1. I ordered the wrong piston but its been quite awhile so no returning this one.
