How to wire fan to a switch?

im looking for a way to wire my fan on my 2007 trx 450r. i am not understanding how to do it yet. any help is greatly appreciated!!

Disconnect temp sensor put it in one side of switch put other side of switch to ground
basicaly the sensor is a switch

will that work if i made my er to a kicker i cut most of the wires i didnt need but i still have the fan wire hooked to the harness i want to run my fan all the time

Need to use the one that went to the sensor. When grounded the fan will come on. I eliminated my fan. Never had an overheat issue. Just don't lug it around.
