For reasons beyond my control, (dang circlip came loose) Im forced from my current 1:11 406, to cramming in a 11:1 440.

Here are my current carb settings.....pilot jet is one size bigger than stock, clip is down one notch on the needle and the main is a 165.

I have no airbox mods and plan to keep it that way. With the rest of the mods listed below, how much of a jetting change should I expect? What would be a good configuration to start with?

Thanks everyone.

I would expect minimal changes are needed.

Perhaps just a tad larger on the main to compensate for the increase in engine volume.

I'm also running a 180 (dynojet main) with three 1" holes drilled in the airbox lid. My needle clip is on the 3rd groove and I run a 45 pilot. The screw is 3 and 1/4 turns out.

Here in Florida, I'm at sea level. The bike is wicked fast.

Does that help?
