hey ben did you change the max size on pics cause i used to just upload pics right off my digi camera and now i have to resize them and its a real pain :( any chance to going back to the way it was originally :D

I didn't change the physical size limits but I did lower the size limit on a picture file to 75kb (which is still a huge picture). I recommend you pick up a cheapo picture program (to size down pictures) and also fiddle with your camera to produce smaller (in size and dimensions) pictures. :)

all my pics are around 310,000 how do i make them big but less bytes ?

i still can't get it to work irfanview makes the pic avator size before i can post it, :confused: :mad:

I have never had that problem before..size the first number to like 450, and it should work fine

anyone know how to change the file size not actual size. is 310000 but it gets to 75000 when its size 181x181. thats mini.
