Axle Install

Hi everyone,

Last night I assembled the rear end on 04/05 450r. The only issue I have is I feel like there is too much space between the rotor hub and my carrier. One of my buddies who rides yfz's said it is fine and insists his is the same way. I just want to check with everyone on here and see if it looks right. I am running an East Coast Atv bearing carrier, Lonestar axle, and lonestar antifade locknut. Any input is appreciated!

Did you try putting the caliper on? If it lines up with the rotor correctly then I'd say your good to go. It could just be the design.

does this setup use the snap ring? if you get the brake stay on with the snap wring in place, the rotor hub should slide right into the carrier.
