Installed atv four play a arms new with used fox floats. After sitting for a while they seem to stick or bind. Only putting 30 lbs air in them. Never had floats before so i have no clue. Any advice?

Before you send them in for service try this....

Push down on front end of quad until it "sticks".

Loosen up the lower A arm bolts.
Sometimes the bolt get so tight on arms with powder coating or stuff the "stick". We call it "sticksion......
See if the bike goes up. It may not take much to free up.
You also, have to make sure the little sleeves in the A arms are thoroughly greased and make sure the sleeves are sticking past the white bushings a few thousands. So, when you tightten the bolts. The steel sleeves and bushings act as a bearing.

My kids did the same thing even after doing what I mentioned.
Spray the shock tube with a silicone spray too. I do that after every wash now. Even on big bikes. The whole shock tube is acting like a "typical" 5/8" spring shock shaft. But there's more of drag through the seals and wipers.

Any questions please let me know.

There sticking at the top of the shock action. If you push down on bumper its stuck for second but will go down and be loose after first push down. I have 30psi in them with compression all way out to get them "soft" otherwise there really stiff

I have never run fox on minis but i know on my race quad after they sit for a while they will stick to where u cannot push down for a second even when new.. Try to raise it up instead of pushing it down.Just a little upward movement will release them

I was running 36psi, but the fox guy said we should be running around 48, up to 50. my kid is around 70lbs.. although, it also depends on your rear shock.. need a good ballance
