HELP with carrier!!

I have an aftermarket swinger,carrier,and brakestay.What im trying to figure out is if you use the o rings that you would on a stock carrier?Theres two that go in the grooves of the body of the carrier but when i try put the carrier through the swinger they come out of the grooves.And on the manuel it shows another o ring betwen the brake stay and the carrier,assuming it is to keep the brake stay from hitting the carrier?I dont want to leave them off if there supposed to be there,and i dont want to put them on if there not supposed to be there.

I have a laeger swinger,a rad carrier,and a nacs break stay.My problem is when i put the c clip on the carrier,it dosnt sit tight against the brake stay.The break stay moves left to right about eith of an inch.As well as up down on the bushing on the swingarm.I just dont want the assembly rattling around the whole time i ride or f something up.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
