Today I got some works connection red anodized plugs, Hinson fill plugs and a Hinson High Capacity clutch cover. I reused the stock clutch cover gasket, should i get a new one or is it meant to be reused? Anyone who has a Hinson cover please chime in. Anyway heres a couple pics. Enjoy.

Looks nice, I reused mine because it was in good shape, but am replacing it this time around. Technically you should replace it, but use your best judgment...

Yeah mine looked fine, but tomorrow ill probably grab one from the dealer. Last thing I want is to fill it with tranny fluid and have it leak lol

When I went to the Hinson covers on both my 450R's I reused the o-ring's, never had a problem. My race 450R I have changed the o-ring a couple of times over the years just because, but my other 450R I have never changed the o-ring in the 5 or so years since I got the cover. As long as that o-ring is in good shape, I wouldn't worry about it.

Okay guys, I put a new gasket just to be sure and it's all back together. Hinson says it will hold 150cc more of oil. I'm assuming I can still just fill it up like I have been using the weep hole? The way I look at it is regardless of how much deeper the cover is, it's still going to be at the factory level when it reaches the weep hole. Is this correct?

Yes that is correct
