Elka Stage 3 Shocks

Elka piggyback shocks. They are stage 3. Excellent shape. Don't believe they have ever been bolted up to a quad. I bought them from another guy to put on a drr but ended up going a different route. 13 inch eye. They are set up for a 300ex standard travel +2 a arms and 130lb rider. 500 shipped obo. What in the world is up with those shocks?They are missing a spring and the preload set-up looks to be way off.
