Bypass the key and/or neutral light?

Is it possible to just bypass the key switch and neutral light? I installed a 450 hood and would like to just get rid of both if possible.

The neutral light just unplug and get rid of, the key switch does one of two things to make the ignition work, it either connects or disconnects 2 circuits.

All you have to do is figure what gets connected and what gets disconnected, if you dont know what to do you can just keep connecting and disconnecting until you get it right. Worst thing that can happen is you blow a fuse.

Or you can get a test light and test the wires with the key switch on and off until you figure out how to leave it constantly on.

also its safe to assume that when the key is turned on the light switches and start button gets connected and the kill switch gets disconnected.

this is also reversed for the key off position.

Twist the red and the black wire together and pull apart the two green wires and tape them off.

not positive how you would do it i had a friend with a yfz450 he wired a kill switch in inplace of his key. worked just like it though.
