Just got some tusk handlebar risers for my '08 400ex, and my wife's '11 250X. The risers are the 30mm size (1.2 inches). First put them on the 250x and went on really easy and nothing was really bothered, but if it was any taller it would be way to tight on the brake line. On the 400ex i put a set of pro-taper SE atv high bars, the risers, and pair of ODI Rogue lock on grips. Also moved key and lights to the hood. The brake line on it was very tight on it so had to unhook where the brake line bolts up by the stem clamp took a little doing but got it working good and slack all the way around now.... havent ridden them yet but sitting on them seems a lot better. Final thoughts - looks like a good product, raising the bars makes it more comfortable when standing up, and easy to install .. Oh yeah cheap too $20 !!!

I tried the same setup awhile ago but just didnt like it, felt almost too high. I wonder if the mid bend bars woulda worked better for me. Yours came out nice looking btw.

I run those on pro taper mids and I do like them.. Its a cheap alternative to a new stem, but the vibration is horrible a few laps
