You saying CT or LA dont have any reason your looking for one.
I've got one Pro-x on hand, I guess it is the same as ESR used when they were using the Pro-x jugs for their cylinder kits.
Kinda thinking about using this one, but I really need a 330 Pro-x sleeve instead, so if you have one of those we could trade.

I talked with LA sleeve and they have them. I was just looking for someone who might be a better deal. I don't have any sleeves to trade. PM me a price if you are looking to sell Neil. Thanks, Bob.

Hey guys....just some friendly advice as my buddy got burned by this and wouldn't want a fellow brother to as well.....Make sure you measure the top step on the sleeve....he ordered an off the shelf sleeve and when it arrived the step was way too small for his 350cc Cylinder....they said they'd take it back.....but the shipping from CANADA to L.A. wasn't worth it.....They said when they first made sleeves for that cylinder they increased the step to give the sleeve more strength in the 0-ring area....Just passing on some info....:D

Thats not the only place it will measure different Langbolt.
Every body needs to measure the bore of their cylinder casting once the old sleeve is out, including the lip area Langbolt is talking about, so when you order the replacement sleeve you'll get the proper size to fit the year of cylinder casting you have.
Few years ago, the Pro-x replacement sleeves were larger OD than the new one you'll get today, "SO BE SURE" to tell them the ID of the cylinder casting you have with the iron sleeve removed when your ordering.
If your going to a larger size bore replacement sleeve, say like you have a 310 cylinder casting & going to put in a 330 sleeve, disregard this notice, because it will make no difference.

Thanks for the advice guys, yes this one is to resleeve an old version ESR 7 330 kit. LA doesn't list the part numbers for these either so you definitely need to talk with a tech person to get the right stuff. The first gal on the phone was trying make it like I needed to be extremly qualified to install the sleeve and then she says I needed to know which porting was in the cylinder to get the right sleeve. She transfered me to the tech when I said I didn't care which porting I received. I'm likely going to do this one for a 4mm crank as well.

Hey guys,....Is it possible to get a sleeve for a 350....but have the starting bore as 76mm ....So a THICK sleeve so you can start with a 330cc and have 8 over sizes to get to a 350 ? Instead of currently only allowing for 4 oversizes .
Just a thought.....I remember you used to beable to buy a Heavy Duty sleeve for the stock bore 250R and it was really thick.

I'm pretty sure the last one I did at 77.5mm and probably could have done it at 77 if I had just honed the sleeve after installation. It was either 77 or 77.5 for sure.

I tried my best to get Dave, at LA Sleeve to produce a sleeve like that, even went to Allen at CT Racing to get him to talk to Dave, but both said it would cause heating problems on the Pro-x cylinder.
Hard to believe when they have the thick sleeve made for the OEM TRX cylinders.
Theres even a thick sleeve just like that made for the air cooled 200 Yamaha blaster cylinders, so heating issues is hard to believe the reason they wont make one.
I bet we could talk Advance Sleeve into producing one.

No I have not, but you know what, they may be easier to get to do that request.
At one time Linda, from Northwest was a Mac Dizzy member, sleeveslave was her screen name.
I'm glad you mentioned them Langbolt, freshed my memory right up, so I'll check with them.

Here is a NW 330 sleeve in a 350 pro-x cylinder. Cylinder and sleeve were beat up pretty bad.

Who did the install on that sleeve derby.
When you say beat up, what are the details.
Kinda crazy thick as that sleeve is, cracking like that.
