Kick start bolt help.

Question might seem dumb, but I searched and didn't find anything. I'm trying to loosen the phillips bolt on the kicker. Tried everything oven, torch etc. Putting as much strength on it I can with out stripping but it won't even budge:rolleyes:

Anyone have any ideas, I don't want to ruin it.

I had to use an impact hammer tool to get mine loose, its just like a 3/8 extension that's really thick that you put a Phillips head bit on and hammer on the other end and it breaks them free. Im guessing this is about the only way you are going to get yours free.

Same... impact was the only thing that would break mine loose!
