OK so I am doing jetting for a friend.

Stock motor + stage 1 cam + HMF slip-on + UNI + EHS lid

I do not know which Uni he got... a stock cage type or a clamp in tube.

Lives around 400ft and comes up here to 1200ft and above to race.

What do you think that is going to take to be spot on?

I don't want to have him order too many jets he don't need.

165-190 in incriments of 5, start with the 190 and if it still fully revs out then leave the 190 main jet and dont worry about gettiing more. If it stutters and doesnt rev out drop in incriments of 5 until you rev out.

needle middle position "usually".

Its going to be around a 160 main jet. In summer I run a 180 main with port, k&n open airbox.....at 750 ft. In winter I put the lid on to cut down on the colder denser air, or I would have to jet lower. The higher your alttitude the leaner you have to go also.....so I think for right now a 160 would get you close, maybe a 170 in summer.
