Honda rear brake caliper

I have seen people run a Honda 450r rear brake caliper on there DRR's and was just wondering what it take to perform this mod.

I did it last year when I built my own front and rear suspension, used fronts and rear, was a lot to it, I don't think I've seen anyone use one with stock DRR rear stuff though :ermm:
