What kind of rear dual rate adjustable shock is this?

Does anyone know what kind of rear shock this is? It is a dual rate with rebound and compression adjustments and has Hi and low speed adjustments? It is on an Apex 90. See pics:

I have never see one like it on an apex. What year did they start using this type of shock? Is it part of the std long travel package?

but ive never seen that shock or the resevoir style clickers
shoot a pic to Rich Hetrick hes prolly seen it

Looks like a brand new quad, what year is it? Where did the quad come from? Sure looks like an OEM shock.
