Atv wont idle and bogs down when revved

What would make a quad not idle and bog down when revved. Also won't idle with choke on either. Top end just rebuilt and has full exhaust. Is it a simple jetting issue? Just simply too much fuel?

Could be to much fuel or a lack of fuel. Did u take the carb apart or anything?

to much fuel at idle will foul a plug and die and wont start till the plug is cleaned.

to much fuel at wide open throttle will stutter and not fully rev out.

your running to lean or your carb needs cleaned, if the carb is clean you need a bigger pilot jet to idle and start properly.

to adjust main jet you have to go big on main jet sizes until the topend sputters and wont fully rev out then back down jett sizes until you fully rev out. < >THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO ADJUST MAIN JETT
