fresh 250r motor

i have a fresh 250r motor maybe 4 hrs if that motor has all new bearings seals and gaskets /brand new oem honda jug has cool head cases are powered hammertone case saver good after market intake

has the bottom end been rebuilt? has the cylinder been ported or no?

cylinder is new oem honda with about 10 hours no porting factory...bottom end just had new rod and crank bearings all new gaskets.......
