can someone help identify this brake setup

i got this with my hybrid i was told it was a crf brake and it will fit on the 250 rearend does anybody know anything about this

I dont know but i wont to know as well. So you were told it was a CRF caliper?

I remember reading somewhere in the hybrid section where people were using a front caliper off a crf. I cant remember the exact year, or the mods needed (if any) though.

Search there, and Im sure it will come up. Its a recent topic

The mounting bracket definitely looks like a 450R unit.....why couldn't the Caliper be 450R as well ?

It's not 450r, I have 450r rear caliper on my houser hybrid. Likely to be a crf front caliper. Easy swap on a 250r from what I've read.

I've got a wheeler with a crf brake on it. It was on there when I bought the wheeler. I believe tyhe build sheet said it's a 04 caliper.

So 04 CRF front caliper? With a 450r rear caliper bracket? Will a 250R rear caliper mount work? And it mounts onto a 250R swinger?

Crf front caliper will bolt on a 250r brake stay if u wobble out one hole a tiny bit.

Looks to be a dream set up....dream caliper mount with 02-03 front crf caliper! Kinda common on hybrids back in the day! It looks just like mine!
