What swing arm/link is the rear shock setup for?

Set up for a factory swing arm/link. Standard travel, 15 3/4" eye to eye

whats your bottom dollar on it and is it really soft?

I would do $150 shipped. It is noticeably softer than my factory shock. It does need to be serviced though. When installed on the bike if you compress it, it will not rebound unless you lift up on the bike.
