LOL, well part of the noise is that loose bolt with the washer floppin around.

it sounds pretty loud to me tho, in my vid my 440 doesnt make any ticking sounds.

It did, I fixed it either with jetting or motor mount tweeking, possibly header crush gaskets.

I dont know which one fixed it for sure, I did all of them at once, but its fixed.

FYI, if you have to hit a bolt with a mallet or hammer to get it in, somethings tweeked in the frame. you should be able to slide them in and out simply by relieveing some pressure from the weight of the motor.

This includes the swingarm bolt, everything should be put in before being tightend to avoid pressure points, only tighten everything after it fits right.

Did you replace the timing chain, guides, and tensioner? Could be a loose chain.

Yea we did replace the chain with a Crf450 chain and tensioner but we didn't replace the guides. U think it could be that some teeth are missing at the gear that the timing chain goes on at the bottom that's just a guess

It's possible. If your guides are warn enough you will get slop in your chain also. What did they look like? Also a good practice to replace the tensioner when you do the chain and check it.
