Changing oil question

Noooo I'm not a newbie to changing oil lol I just haven't changed the oil on a 450r in two years and don't have a manual so I'm just trying to jog my memory on this, if I remember correctly, you just fill the oil up until the little glass piece shows it completely covered?

Like I said it's been awhile, I've had a dipstick for awhile with my Yfz and 400ex so I don't remember how to know when it's been filled up all of the way anymore.

I measure it out. I cant recall the exact amount but its like a quart or so a side.

But if you want to do it without measuring it...
Yeah fill the site glass, run it for a few min, let it sit for a few min and then top it off.

It'll be low after running it for the first time because it has to fill the oil filter and oil cooler up(05).

Measuring is much faster.
