Front or Rear Suspension first?

I am going to invest in suspension for my son's Raptor. For XC racing should I go with front or rear suspension first?

You need to do both at the same time.
Otherwise, the bike/rider will be fighting it.
Also, the stock wheels 3/2 should be changed to a 4/1 off set.
Of course that's only my opinion.
