i have a boy just starting out i heard that the clutchs and starters alway blow out on these when they are built. ?????

I have heard the same thing. We have never had any issues with the clutches or the starter.

We have two built to exactly the same specs

Both have zero clutch issues, but we replace disks frequently and change oil after every race

The starters are just weak. We have had problems with the motor running backwards and taking out starter gears but that is a valve timing and adjustment issue.
