I need new bolts for the rear, and all im finding besides the soft stock ones, are motorcycle sprocket bolts. Does anyone know if the ones for a honda dirt bike are the same?

I’ve had zero problems with the stock bolts. You do need to make sure the hole the Allen wrench fits in is clean and has no dirt in it. You have to make sure the Allen wrench fits all the way to the bottom, or it can strip out. Other then that they work just fine.
Put a drop of lock tight on them so they stay tight.

There's nothing wrong with the stock bolts. I've gone through 4-5 rear sprockets and the stock bolts look and hold up great.

If you're having issues with the stock bolts, you're not getting them tight enough.

Yeh if your breaking stock ones, you must have the ultimate ex. No way in hell your breaking 4 shouldered bolts. LOL Sorry thats just the way your post sounds.

Are you using a metric allen wrench that has a good head on it, not wore out? I have never ever ever had a issue putting these particular bolts in or out. Make sure your just holding the allen side, using the ratchet to turn the nut.

Clean out the hole first so it goes all the way in, and use the rite size wrinch.

x2 also make sure use use a normal allen wrench, not a ball ended one. They don't seem to like staying in the hole as well as normal one.:blah:
