well i went out on a limb and bought a laeger off ebay. wishin i passed. f ing nightmare between the kid disappering for few days to the shipper not realeasing it unless i paid more to the bike needs alot of work. thought i was a mint bike but i think the pics were when he actually rebuilt it. everything seems loose, front shocks blown. not my best experience. not a big laeger fan im a roll guy but figured id give it a run

True, even if it was fresh and clean you HAVE to make changes regardless, or your still riding someone else's bike IMO.

Just sucks when those changes are repairs..

Post pics!

the nice thing about the laegers is if the frame needs any repairs we have great people to do repairs and other people that have found sources for rebuilding pro trax's. Im sure you will have something very nice when all is said and done! MORE IMPORTANTLY WE WANT TO SEE PICTURES!!!

and here comes all the crap that i wasnt aware of. new shocks!!!! ect. its a nice bike but wtf. used tech screws to hold the nerfs on. the bolts are all american not metric and to small. f ed up alot of holes. thats also the reason why the front end is loose the t pins are ok but the bolts have alot of play. it will be nice when its done i stripped it down today.

I understand your pain, every R I bought ended up having something rigged somewhere, even ones I saw in person first! It's usually not until I get them home and sit in Indian style starring at it that I notice the BS.

Your R looks great though!!, I was expecting something that looked completely clapped out from your description.

Keep us posted on the rebuild!

chopp124

too much for what i got. was expecting a mint bike so paid 4 should have been around 3 with these issues. i never would have gone 4 but is what it is
