2nd bike is mine 05 450r, low buget 13.1 compression cp piston stoke bore and stroke fresh hone on the cylinder, port job by me and lapped the valves myself, stage 2 hot cam, stock airbox K&N filter, lrd pro full exhaust

any guesses on HP.

Just curious, where do you have it dyno'd? BCS?

a shop called OCR out of control racing, they are located in worcester, and have been dynoing for at least 8 years or so, i have used them before for my street bike

What brand dyno and what model?

Are dyno slicks being used or knobbies?

Are these going to be tuned with A/F sniffer or just stuck on the dyno for HP pulls?

not sure of the model it a dyno jet had the option of putting a load on the quad, we did not use that.

knobbies brand new 18 inch maxxis mx

yes a/f sniffer

The out come was weird mine was non big bore got the a/f ratio to 12:5 witch i was told was good for could weather ice racing 32 degree weather , horse power number was tearable, and I have no idea why (38.8hp) maybe some one with some dyno experiance will help explain, it pulls real hard when iam riding and iam real happy with the performance, But that dam number!!

Knobbies = bad numbers. Dyno slicks make upwards of 10-15% more.

Each dyno is different as well. To make an apples-to-apples comparison, you'd need to know what a stock bike makes on that dyno with knobbies.

do you know this from experiance of running the same quad on a dyno with and with out knobbies? I guess I should not be to worried about the actual number, but instead the a/f reading and the way it reacts while riding, which was real nice

I've seen back to back dyno graphs...knobbies vs. slicks..same day, same dyno, same bike, just different tires. Over on the org.
