I got this ESR cylinder and head with a bunch of parts I bought. The sleeve is trash and will obviously need to be changed. Someone broke one of the sleeve ears off. The head does not have a removable dome and uses orings. E1C9 280 is ground into the cylinder, underneath the reed cage, looks like decent port work..
