I have a motor thats getting ready to be rebuilt and was wondering if wiseco still makes the best piston? Ive heard others mention things like worssner and la sleeve. Pro lite and hardened? but dont have any knowledge on any of them, and was hoping somebody with some experience couild shed some light on the subject. I have a 330 with a freshly rebuilt oem crank and pro x rod from loren at duncan racing. I do not race and this is strictly a hobby on my spare time so reliability is my main concern!!

Of all the pistons i have had, Wiseco has been the best for me.

Same here with Wiseco, but would like to recommend the new machined Wiseco piston for the 330 big bore cylinder you have, that Eddie Sanders Racing has in stock.
The new machining on that piston is such, that it will stop the port linking from a aux exhaust ports into the main transfer ports & + the wrist pin hole has been moved forward 5* to promote a better power stroke.

Nothing wrong with the LA Sleeve (Wossnor) or the Pro-x cast pistons should you choose one of those.
