I have an old atvaction mag and it was mentioning gas gas and husky making quads?
I know gas gas makes them now but husky????

There trike was hot but never heard of there quad.

He's probably talking about Husaberg, the last I heard about Husaberg they had sold their plans to ATK.

I read that ATK bought the rights from Husaberg, but Frank CEO of ATK, said talks broke off at the last minute. ATK was gonna distribute the VOR quad but VOR was to hard to work with. He bagged that idea too. ATK is testing a quad w/ a 700cc two stroke powervalve. THAT IS A FACT,,, JACK!!!!:eek2:

I live in Utah where ATK is based. I was at a local race last Oct and ATK parked next to me. They were testing a new perimeter frame for their 250. I asked the engineer what was coming and what I had read or heard and he gave me the scoop. I said you guys are missing the boat on not having a quad. He said Lonestar was building the first prototype frame at that time. I'd imagine the motor is in a quad by now and they are working out the bugs. It will be a desert/dune machine only. There is still a chance if the testing can't be worked out it will not come to production.. There are good compnays in Utah, CPI Pipes, Dennis Packard, K&T, HS Customs just to name a few.. Ever hear of shoddy work by any of these names,,,,,, You never will!!!
