Only part I want is the upper section.

Sorry guys, didn't see the posts.

Looking for the upper part of the stem.
I want the the clamps mounts too, but later.
But right now want the part that the clamp mounts bolt to.
The 'T' part at top.

I'm not looking to buy a good stem,. Don't want to pay top dollar for a stem that I'm going to cut up.
