Contact your local police, file the report and charges for theft. Or you can always do it in his jurisdiction. I charged his mom also, because the Paypal account is listed in her information. He is 23 yrs old and needs to learn a lesson. He won't be showing up to the court hearing in PA, I'm sure, so they will issue warrants for his and his mom for failure to appear.

I have had 2 phone number from him,the other is
417-241-2829. I bought $680 worth of parts from him. Nerfs,axle,stem,lsr arms,pep shocks and lsr billet hubs. I never recieved the arms,shocks and hubs. Had a tracking number,but was never delivered,filed for lost packages with usps,which still hasnt been found. Which now seems very suspicious. He offered a refund,perfect I thought,but never recieved it, he replies with "house payment" blah blah blah,whatever. Im a nice guy,I asked if there was anything else he could ship me to make it easier on his wallet. We settled on a set of wheels and tires,better to have something than nothing. Well,they never showed up either,and wont reply to me now

There is now a thread in the feedback section and in the 250r section!!.. I paid for $280 out of pay pal and the rest was usps money order which I have the reciepts for. I will definately be filing!!! Even if I dont get my $$$ back atleast it may save another member from getting ripped off!!

He tried screwing me over twice also!!!

Sent me a Paypal for a set of arms. Lucky for me I waited a few days before sending them out. I checked my Paypal before shipped and he cancelled the payment(I'm guessing hoping I shipped already). Well after all the "I don't know what happened blah blah blah.... I moved on.

Then he has the nerve to contact me a month later trying to buy a swingarm, and gave the same speech like nothing happened before. WTF???

He even tried scamming me with a "money order" deal on the last go around.

Its a shame to see I wasn't the only one that got screwed by him.

He gave me his word that he would pay yesterday. That never happened, I filed charges against him and his mom. (His mom was listed on the paypal account). Ill let everyone know what happens if and when he appears in court.

He failed to appear for court, they issued a warrant for him. They also filed a judgement against him. I have to wait till he gets arrested and brought to PA.
