swing arm cleaning...

i tried to clean my swing arm but all this gunky black stuff from the chain and mud wont come off it just smudges a lil.. do u know anything that will get it off i tried a tooth brush didnt work thanks peace

Did you try contact or carb cleaner at all. Maybe some steel wool. Just a suggestion.

pressure washer...engine degreeser maybe?...take it off and scrub it with a brush and some goo-gone?
