outers lid

i have an outers lid on my 400 and an running a uni w/pj1 oil. is it ok to spray the outers lid with pj1 or will it hurt the material. i am looking for the most protection with an open air box without putting the lid back on thanks

Dont spray the lid. I run same lid and unless you go thru a huge puddle you wont get air int he box.

I think spraying it with oil will clog up the Outerwear and dramatically decrease the airflow. The pore size of the Outerwear is pretty fine.
