I'm not going to say what I bought this for but it was a REALLY good deal. Couldn't pass it up. Everything is brand new from the wire harness, airbox, seat, gas tank, plastics, motor, etc. etc. I'm going to have the engine covers chromed then put it back together the way it is. I changed out the beadlock rings for black but I'll post more pictures as the build progresses. Hope you all like it

I'm opening a new photobucket account so I can show better pictures. This site won't let you upload anything significant.

Working on the shocks. Going to insall titanium spring I believe and new seals with updated valving. Here are some pictures of them getting the correct up and down travel of the shocks.

Yes, there is some milling that must be done to the caliper to get it to work. You'll have to contact M a u l Tech ATV about that though. I really don't know what exactly was done.

Yes they are excellent. They have a complete machine shop too so they can custom make one off parts or modify existing too. Should have some more updates soon. Waiting on them to send me more pictures. Decided to have some more parts chromed and waiting on those to come back. Also purchased titanium springs for the shocks

Here is an update as of today. Received a few more chrome parts back and the engine is back in the frame. This bike has a brand new OEM wire harness on it but I think I'm going to have Andy make a race harness and put this one on the shelf.

Instead of using the brand new OEM harness and having extra wires a new custom harness was made.

Only thing left to do is to hook up the carburetor and figure out a better mount for the nerf bars and it's finished.
