Valve question

Hey guys I have a 400ex that I just rebuilt and I was just wondering what I should adjust the valves at? It has a TC 926 GNCC cam installed and a new 406 JE piston installed. Do I adjust to the specs of the service manual or with that setup is it different? Thanks everyone!

Go with the service manual specs unless the cam you installed says otherwise, and that I have no ideal on. Your piston will have nothing to do with the valve adjustent.
