250r wanted

im lookin for a 250r in the $2500 range im near asheville nc . just want a good solid runnin bike that hasnt been hacked on too much. thanks. i would like to find 1 within an hour or so drive.

Hummmm, not heard of one in that drive time from you, but know of a guy west of me with an 88 year & 330 engine.
I cant remember 100% where hes located & thinking Greensboro or south of there.
I'm around 4.5 hours east of you & hes west of me.

Got a bunch of good stuff on it, 330 Prox cylinder, works shocks, removable aluminum sub frame & plastic is in good shape. Last I heard was $3200.00 & its worth every bit of that.
I know this, if I had the extra cash it would be at my house.

His screen name is offroad something on this site & I think he has it listed on here.

Theres another one at VA Beach, VA looked to be in real good shape & it on TRX250R. as well.
