jetting advice

can anyone help with some jetting advice? i have an 88 250R engine in an ATC with Vforce3 reeds as the only mod, running a 36mm Keihin carb, and K&N filter with airbox lid on.... what jetting should i be running? pilot/ needle clip/ main?

For my elevation and air temp. I'd start out at ~45 pilot, ~165 main, clip in middle position. Best to go fat to start with and come back down.
